📅 7-Day Return Policy

You have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return. Return requests submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.

✔ Eligibility for Returns

• The product must be in the same condition as received
• The product must be unused and unopened
• The product must remain in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase or order details must be provided

📦 Return Approval & Process

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, our Customer Care team will provide you with the necessary instructions for returning the product.

Important: Please do not send any product back without contacting our Customer Care team and receiving return instructions.

⚠ Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order carefully when it is delivered. If you receive:

• A damaged or defective product
• The wrong product
• A product with damaged or tampered packaging

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and relevant photographs so our team can assist you.

🚫 Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, the following products are generally not eligible for return once opened or used:

• Opened or used herbal and food-based products
• Products with broken or removed seals
• Products with damaged or missing original packaging
• Products returned after the applicable return period

Exceptions may apply in cases where the product was received damaged, defective, incorrect, or tampered with.

🔄 Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective product, please contact our Customer Care team. After reviewing your request, we will guide you through the applicable exchange process.

💳 Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, our team will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Note: Bank, card, or payment service providers may require additional processing time before the refunded amount appears in your account.
